The corrugated sheet roll forming machine is suitable for manufacturing corrugated profiles used for roofing and wall construction. The complete production line process includes: hydraulic unwinding → pre-cutting → guiding device → roll forming → post-cutting → finished product output. The equipment's forming speed can reach 25-30 m/min, with stable plate shape, and is suitable for batch continuous production.

Pre-cutting device
The motor drives the blade. The tool material is Cr12, suitable for pre-cutting function.
Guiding device
The guide rod and slider control the width of the steel plate, and the left and right hand wheels are adjustable to ensure the material feeding is centered.
Rolling forming system
Approximately 21 roller wheels, 45# steel plated with hard chrome, gearbox/sprocket drive, speed 25–30m/min.
Post-separation device
Motor-driven, four-column knife holder, blade made of Cr12MoV, quenched treatment.
