Product Overview

RFT-CZ-80-350 CZ Beam Forming Machine features a digital rapid changeover system, allowing for seamless switching between C/Z configurations. The width range is 80–350mm, and the thickness is 1.0–3.5mm. The equipment supports both automatic drilling and pre-cutting/post-cutting methods, balancing production efficiency and flexibility.
The entire machine is equipped with high-power servo motor drive and a 15kW hydraulic station, achieving a maximum production speed of 36m/min. The control system uses intelligent input software and a touch screen operation interface, making the operation simple and the changeover convenient. It is suitable for large-scale, high-precision production of roof trusses in steel structure buildings.
